 Dunya mai aurat wafa ki pekar to hai magar mehroomi ka mazhar bhi hai.fitrat ka sacha aks to hai magar samaaj ki bereham zanjeeron mai jakr hui bhi hai, kab tak hawwa ki beti apne haq k liye qanoon k darwazey khatkhatye gi??

No Go Areas

Pakistan ka dil shehar-e-karachi jo pehle kbhi pur aman aur roshiniyon ka shehar kaha jata tha, kai saalon se bad amni ki lapet mai hai. Ab lagta hai kay halat kbhi sahi nahi honge. Ab tau yahan kay logon ne bhi halat se samjhota kar liya hai. Karachi ki bad hali aur bad amni aik taraf, yahan kuch ilaqe ese bhi hain jahan aam insan tau door ki baat police bhi jane se ghabrati hai.
 In ilaqon mai se aik ilaqa Afghan Basti kehlata hai. Aakhir ye basti Karachi mai kese abad hogai? Aur waqt kay sath sath esa kiya hua kay police bhi wahan jane se katraati hai? Afghanistan mai jab jang ka aaghaz hua tau Afghan Mahajireen Pakistan aagae. 80 ki dahai mai Karachi mai Afghan Basti banai gai. Jahan Uzbek, Turkmenistan, Chechen aur Tajik khud ko Afghan Mahjireen kehne wale pichle 30 saal se reh rahe hain. Ye basti andar se kahin se bhi Karachi ka hissa nahi lagti balkay azaad qabaili ilaqa lagta hai. Yahan par Pakistan ki saqafat ka shaaiba bhi nahi hai. Ja baja madrsa hain aur godaam jahan bare bare taale lagae hoe hain aur jin ko madarson ka naam diya giya hai. Is basti mai pehle Uzbek, Tajik, Arab aur Afghan sath rehte the magar waqt kay sath sath bahimi ikhtalafat aur tanazat sir uthane lage. Jirga mai faisla hone kay baad aik ilaqa har qoam kay liye makhsoos kar diya giya. Is tarha aik basti kai bastion mai badal gai. Yahan pe bari tadaad Pashtoon Afghan Mahajireen ki hai. Ye qoam sbse alag thalag rehti hai. Yahan pe ese Arab bhi rehte hain jo aasani se arbi bolte hain magar unhe kisi kay samne arbi bolne ki ijazat nahi aur na hi ghulne milne ki ijazat hai.
Afghan Basti mai qanoon Afghanistan ka chalta hai. Yahan kay makeeno ka kehna hai kay ye basti qatai no go area nahi hai aur na hi yahan pe taliban hote hain balkay Karachi se zada pur aman ilaqa hai. Jab kay yahan kay aasat'za kehte hain kay madarson mai parhne wale bachon ko hum taliban hi kehte hain.

Bazahir dekha jae tau ye basti bhi aam bastion ki tarha dikti hai magar esa hai nahi. Aam ta'sub ye hai kay Karachi kay aksar wardaton kay taane baane yahin bune jate hain. Agar wahan taliban hain tau police ya rangers Afghan Basti operation kiyon nahi karti? Hukomat is basti kay khilaf kiyon koi iqdamat nahi karti? Karachi ka hissa hone kay bawajood aam awam wahan kiyon nahi jasakti? Najane in sawalon kay jawabat kab milenge aur ye guthee kab suljhegi.
